This class is designed to promote a successful breastfeeding relationship between mother and baby. Breastfeeding Basics includes information on preparation for breastfeeding, special instructions for getting started after the birth, proper breastfeeding positioning and latch-on techniques, as well as common breastfeeding obstacles and remedies. We will also discuss special circumstances such as returning to work while continuing to breastfeed.
